Dmitros -

Habeas (we certify email as legitimate for emailers that run confirmed
opt-in or transactional mailing streams) has been under attack by
spammers for the last several months. We have been pursuing them
legally, but the most effective method of dealing with this would be to
utilize the Habeas whitelist (aka Habeas HUL) in conjunction with the
Habeas x-header based Warrant Mark. This functionality will be built
into SA 3.0.x.

We released an SA patch several months ago - which gets the combined
Habeas Warrant Mark + Whitelist test implemented in SA today. It is
available here:

http://www.habeas.com/configurationPages/spamassassin.htm

Use of this patch, or the installation of SA 3.0.x will prevent spammers
from forging Habeas mark, yet still allow delivery of legitimate mail.
