Because there is a more time consuming but fun approach to the Chinese
problem. If the address for a message source or relay point happens to
fall in China (not Taiwan or Korean) you harvest the address and send
back to that address an official looking invoice with a thank you for
your order of 100,000 copies if the Feng Sui Handbook.
I have heard this is remarkably effective.
