Having tracked down the original author, and having gotten permission to distribute under GPL/Artistic licenses, I've added this to our header0 rule set file as SARE_MSGID_QMAIL1 Can be downloaded from http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules/70_sare_header0.cf (or from http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules/70_sare_header.cf which contains all four files in this family). Currently scored at 3.0 (SARE policy: no rule can force spam to be flagged by itself), but those suffering from this plague can increase the score on your various systems. Bob Menschel
