In general those who use Qmail-scanner, Amavis, MailScanner, Mimedefang or any other tools that generate their own markups MUST configure their mail-scanning tool, not local.cf, and should read the FAQs and/or manuals for those products.
Thanks for the info. I'm also guilty of not reading the Qmail scanner FAQ as thoroughly as I should have as I'm also using qmail-scanner. :)
