DUAL-SENDMAIL, AMAVIS, SPAMASSASSIN, BAYES, RAZOR, DCC, PYZOR

Thanks to Mark from amavis-mailing list:

The [127.0.0.1] does not match the @local_domains_acl,
recipient is not considered local and Subject is not modified.

Try:
  @local_domains_acl = ( ".$mydomain", '[127.0.0.1]' );
