Could someone help me figure out why I don't receive replies from the various IP's concerning SC reports I file? I have my preferences set to receive replies, I have my email address listed in the correct box and yet I haven't received even one reply since we first had SC problems several weeks ago. I did receive replies before the problems occurred if that helps. Also I checked my email address settings to make sure SC was not filtered out.
