works for me... it's installed by default on most computers... it's free...

not quite... ActiveX has separate controls from scripts... and you can set
whether the scripts are allowed to use the ActiveX stuff... there's no
distinction between vbscript and javascript, it's all under "script" - can't
see why you'd want to make a distinction... they're just variations on the
same thing... same security model etc..
