I've been running spamdyke with this patch for about 5-6 hours now, no sign of hung processes yet so it's looking good so far. The server it's on is a CentOS 5.4 box running Plesk 8.6's qmail that gets about 150k+ connections per day, and was previously gathering about 50-60 hung processes each day.
