I suppose that would depend on how strong the force runs in you.  The

I can't provide a more specific step-by-step guide because I don't know exactly 
what you're trying to accomplish.  You say want to turn off filtering for a 
domain, but are you referring to the sender's domain, the recipient's domain, 
an rDNS domain or something else?  The whole domain or just a few people within 
the domain?  What filters do you want to turn off?  etc...
