Hi, If you could send a troubleshooting report (from the Advanced tab of the Spanning Sync pref pane) to [EMAIL PROTECTED], we can probably tell you what's going on. It would be helpful to know the names of some of the contacts that you're having trouble with, and ideally the log would be created soon after the problem happens.
