Hi, Spanning Sync makes a backup of your Address Book and iCal data whenever you install or update the software. You can access your backups like this:
Calendar backup: *Make sure you quit iCal if it's open *Your calendar backup files are located here: Hard Drive-> Users-> Home User (house icon)-> Library-> Application Support-> Spanning Sync (this is the folder the backups are located) *Find your latest "iCal-backup" file and double click it to unzip it. You'll be left with a "Calendars" folder. *Use the "Calendars" folder from the backup to replace this folder: Hard Drive-> Users-> Home User (house icon)-> Library-> Calendars (this is the folder to replace) *Now you can open iCal again and should have all your event data present Contacts backup: *Make sure you quit Address Book if it's open *Your Address Book backup files are located here: Hard Drive-> Users-> Home User (house icon)-> Library-> Application Support-> Spanning Sync (this is the folder the backups are located) *Find your latest "AdressBook-backup" file and double click it to unzip it.
