Hi,

Spanning Sync makes a backup of your Address Book and iCal data
whenever you install or update the software. You can access your
backups like this:

Calendar backup:

*Make sure you quit iCal if it's open
*Your calendar backup files are located here:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->
Application Support-> Spanning Sync (this is the folder the backups
are located)

*Find your latest "iCal-backup" file and double click it to unzip
it. You'll be left with a "Calendars" folder.
*Use the "Calendars" folder from the backup to replace this folder:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->  Calendars
(this is the folder to replace)

*Now you can open iCal again and should have all your event data
present

Contacts backup:

*Make sure you quit Address Book if it's open
*Your Address Book backup files are located here:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->
Application Support-> Spanning Sync (this is the folder the backups
are located)

*Find your latest "AdressBook-backup" file and double click it to
unzip it. You'll be left with an "AddressBook" folder.
*Use the "AddressBook" folder from the backup to replace this folder:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->
Application Support-> AddressBook (this is the folder to replace)

*Now you can open Address Book again and should have all your contact
data present

Thanks,

Byron
