Hi, If you don't see any Spanning Sync keychain items, then something is preventing it from being created. I'd suggest running 'Keychain First Aid":
*Open Keychain Access *Click on the Keychain Access menu *Select 'Keychain First Aid' from the menu *Enter your password and select 'Repair' on the right *Click the 'Start' button Once you repair the keychain, try to login to the Spanning Sync preference pane again.
