Hello I am not getting the error 500 anymore...however I still haven't had a successful sync. I can't generate an error message log because now the it is trying to sync, but it never gets anywhere. The applet stays green and it is either trying to communicate with google or with data from apple sync services. According to Spanning Sync, my last sync happened on Dec 15.
