I must say that I share this sense of frustration! I think we have been
beyond patient and google now needs to sort this out. I thought that when I
purchased this product I was buying a lifetime of convenience not
frustration.

Spanning Sync team please can you get Google to commit to a timeline and
resolution for this problem!
