I cant run a troubleshooting report because I no longer have access to the Preferences.
Since the update, when I go to System Preferences > Spanning Sync I get an error message that says "You cannot open Spanning Sync preferences because it doesn't work on a PowerPC-based Mac." The updated version is not supported by my computer - I need to revert to the previous version I was using that did not have problems. I wanted to check on this before i tried downloading and installing the previous version from the website in case that is not the right way to go. I am currently using a Mac without Intel on OSX 10.5.8.
