Hi,

You should be able to use the latest version of Spanning Sync without
issue.  I'm not sure why it's telling you that message.  I'd suggest
an uninstall/reinstall of Spanning Sync.  There's an uninstaller
bundled with the installer and you can get both here:

http://spanningsync.com/download

Please let us know if that doesn't address the problem or you have
