Hi Catherine, When you perform a "Start Over" in Spanning Sync it forces you to go through the initial sync all over again. This can take time to complete, especially if you're syncing a large amount of data. Are you allowing it enough time for the initial sync to complete? If you think it's simply not working, please create a troubleshooting report (Advanced-> Create Report) and email it to us at [email protected].
