I am having the same problem (also a lifetime subscriber).  Installed
the previous version from the link you provided below, and it installs
correctly.  I then immediately get prompted about a new version (3.2)
available (I have 3.1.2).  I am still at Leopard (10.5).  Seems that
your update server should not be sending update notifications to
MacOSX 10.5 users?
