All, I'm tring to convert .wiff data files (AB) which derives from a MIDAS workflow experiment (i.e. MRM triggered MS/MS, rather than MS triggered MS/MS) into mzXML format. Have tried the mzWiff converter but it doesn't seem to work. Presumably it needs an MS experiment with a peptide mass/charge state? Any ideas?
