At a minimum, just delete (or rename) the c:\Inetpub\ipp-bin directory to
make sure it isn't messing with your PATH.

Following up with Brian's comment today, the 'ReAdW datafile name c'  
syntax is from an older version of ReAdW than what's in the current  
TPP 4.2.1.  You might want to consider backing up your data, and then  
completely uninstalling your software and possibly deleting c:/ 
Inetpub, before reinstalling the current TPP.
