Natalie, Brian-- Thanks for the advice. I had forgotten to make distclean, which took care of the tandem error. I still had to go back to rev4299, since I hit another error with Mzxml2Search, but that could well just be a problem on my end. Thanks again for the quick and helpful feedback.
