David,

I am having similar issues that I believe are linked to the aliases in
the httpd.conf file after TPP install.  If you remove them, Apache
starts normally.  With them, the apache server will not start.  What
is the proper alias path for tpp-bin, ISB, and schema?

Second, are there any environmental path modifcations needed?
