I tried this earlier, and just now again.  Same issues.

I have also tried windows paths.  Doesn't work either.

My last effort ended up working.  I deleted everything by hand ie
uninstalled apache and tpp, and then deleted anything the uninstallers
missed by hand (Program Folder, Apache Folders, and the remnants of
inetpub) and then reinstalled from scratch.



I just removed and reinstalled everything.
