I have a version of Bioworks (Sequest) that uses Extract_MSN (lcq.dta) executable(s) and these dll files to generate searchable dta files:
FControl2.dll Fglobal.dll Fileio.dll UnifiedFile.dll For Mascot Daemon to feed searchable files to the local Mascot Server, all I have to do is place these files in any directory on the computer and tell Mascot Daemon where the files are (C:\path\path...etc). The .RAW files are converted using the Extract_MSN program, and searchable data is sent to the Mascot server. A standard installation of Sequest (Bioworks) puts these files in the directory called C:\Xcalibur\System\Programs I tried generating these directories and put the files there Sequest is not loaded on this computer), but ReAdW is still failing. I've done this on many workstations to allow Mascot Daemon to convert >RAW files to dta files (expected input format), and it always works. Where do I need to place these files so that TPP finds them?
