Hi Dick,

Scaffold is designed to read search engine results, such as those from
Sequest.  The Sequest files you can load are any of the
following: .OUTs/.DTAs directly from Sequest, .SRFs from Bioworks,
or .MSFs from Discoverer.  Each of these file formats can contain
Sequest results, so choose whatever method is easiest for you.  As
Greg says, Scaffold isn't related to the TPP, so email me offline if
