Hi, I hope to be able to convert data from my LCQ deca that I can look at using Scaffold. I got TPP to run on my laptop with the demo files but then I couldn't convert my own RAW files because Sequest wasn't on my laptop. (Right?)
So I think I just need to get TPP on the Deca's computer (running Windows XT, I think) and then I will be able to make files that Scaffold can interpret. Am I on the right track?
