Hi, In the most recent Windows release of TPP I see ProteinProphet xml output references protXml_v6.xsd. However it doesn't appear at the referenced URL, http://sashimi.sourceforge.net/schema_revision/protXML/ nor can I find it in my installation. I'm curious about new schema attributes, e.g. protein "confidence". Can someone post it to the sashimi page?
