Hi, I am using PeptideSeive for a subset of peptides to check for their proteotypic nature. I downloaded the GUI from http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=Software:PeptideSieve. The following parameters were selected: Experimental Design : PAGE_ESI Allowed Mis-cleavage :1 Threshold Score : 0
My search input was: RFADFTVYRN KTSSLDPNDQVAMGRQ RVIVFDGVPSKN And following was the output: RFADFTVYRN 0.929997 RFADFTVYRN* 0.0418203 KTSSLDPNDQVAMGRQ 0.773824 KTSSLDPNDQVAMGRQ* 0.154331 RVIVFDGVPSKN 0.944634 RVIVFDGVPSKN* 0.0906222 I am confused as to which score needs to be considered and what does the asterisk(*) symbol denote? Can you please clarify? Thanks, Sneha -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
