Hello, We are having intermittent (but reproducible) problems with the trapper tool. Usually 1-2 in 100 samples fail conversion from .d to mzxml. Our .D data folders are generated with a Agilent Q-TOF system, MassHunter Acquisition vB.02.01. Trapper version is 3.1. OS : Win XP SP 3. The error we are getting is the following:
C:\Program Files\trapper\trapper_bad>"C:\Program Files\trapper \trapper.exe" --mz XML --verbose 16026.d Settings: centroid scans: 0 compress scans: 0 verbose mode: 1 skip checksum: 0 deisotope:0 requirePeptideLikeAbundanceProfile: 0 relativeTolerance: 0 absoluteTolerance: 0 limitChargeState:0 maxChargeState: 0 mzML mode: 0 mzXML mode: 1 input filename: 16026.d output filename: 16026.mzXML ERROR at .\MHDACWrapper.cpp, 60: HR = -2146232832 OpenDataFile unable to open 16026.d with MassHunter interface any advice?
