Can you also post what the output is from the ProteinProphet command? Also, can you confirm that the output files exist? (Open Windows Explorer and open c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Trial/ and look for MOPI.prot.shtml and MOPI.prot.xml). --Luis
