Hi Chanchal, Take a look at the prerequisites which are listed for Centos. The TPP is tested on fairly recent versions of Centos, which is very similar similar to recent versions of RedHat Enterprise.
This file, http://sashimi.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sashimi/tags/release_4-4-0/trans_proteomic_pipeline/installer_linux/install-prerequisites-centos-5_2.sh?revision=5114&content-type=text%2Fplain could be used on it's own, and it also part of a larger system that can be used for building AWS images: http://sashimi.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sashimi/tags/release_4-4-0/trans_proteomic_pipeline/installer_linux/ Good luck, Natalie -Natalie On Wed, Sep 1, 2010 at 10:22 PM, Chanchal <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear TPP Users and Developers, > > I am trying to install TPP on Linux Red Hat 5.4 OS.
