I have iTRAQ 4 plex data. The data were searched by Mascot version 2.3.0. and then quantitative analyzed by Libra in TPP version 4.4 VUVUSELA rev 1.
But, I can't obtain quantification data. I can get just only pep.xml data. Proteinprophet was happened in error. An error massage means that a condition.xml file can't permit. Finally, I want to process iProphet, so I already searched data by using X!Tandem. This processing is no problem.
