I have been getting the following error message when running either
XPRESS or ASAP Ratio.

Found more than one variable mod on K. Please make sure to specify the
heavy mass for this residue.

My data is mTRAQ labeled. Lysine an n-termini are tagged with the
mTRAQ reagent. I changed the labled residues appropriately for both
algorithms, specified the mass difference in XPRESS (8 Da) and
specified the both the light and heavy residues masses in ASAP
ratio.

I assume this warning indicates spectra in which both light and heavy
modifications are observed? Should these results be discarded as
unreliable? Am I using the input arguments incorrectly?
