1) Does anyone know if there are plans for TPP to support AB Sciex, Protein Pilot (paraghom algorithm) search engine? 2) Has anyone tried using data from a Protein Pilot search coverted by group2xml (converts Protein Pilot serached data to XML format) as a pepXML file?
