Hello Jenny, The reason you are getting this error is due to the fact that recent versions of TPP do not include the old (and now unsupported) mzXML converters, such as ReAdW. You can still download and use the last version of this program, via the software download page at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sashimi/files/
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/sashimi/files/>Scroll down and expand the section named "ReAdW (Xclaibur converter)" to find the latest zip file. Unzip and copy the contents into C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\ . Alternatively, you can convert to the new mzML format by using msconvert (via the "mzML" tab, under "Analysis Pipeline", if you are using Petunia). This is the new format and converter that we support.
