Hi everyone, I have kind of the same problem: I use xTandem and ASAPratio (also XPress for comparison) for the analysis of Isotope (formaldehyde) coded data generated with a Qstar elite with the following settings:
c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\xinteract -Ninteract.pep.xml -p0.95 -l7 -ORp - dSHUFFLED -X-m0.05-nn,6.031817-nK,6.031817-L-F15-c2-p1 -A-lnK-b-C- r0.05-S with TPP v4.4 VUVUZELA rev 1, Build 201010121551 (MinGW) on a Windows Server 2003. In the ProteinProphet I get nice ASAPratios calculated, including normalization and p value, but when I click on the ASAPratio, I get a plain "error" message. I tried replacing the "ASAPCGIDisplay.cgi" (Build build on 2010-10-13) with an old version (Build on 2009-09-09), then I get the same error message Oliver already described: "normalization data not found error" Also the ASAPratio: Peptide ratio viewer works fine, but if I change the "accepeted ratio" there, it does not seem to have an effect on the ratios given in the Protein prophet, despite reloading. Thank you very much for your help! If you need any more information about the problem, please don't hesitate to ask.
