Dear all, we use ASAPratio for SILAC experiments. ASAP works fine...except that in ProteinProphet the link to the "ASAPratio Protein ratio" yields the error message "normalization info not found". Note that ASAP normalization and quantification actually work - we simply cannot display the ASAP Protein ratio.
