Thanks David.

Unfortunately I now get the following "Internal Server Error"

This is the entry from the Apache error log:
[Tue Apr 19 11:32:30 2011] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script
headers: ASAPCGIDisplay.cgi, referer:
http://localhost/ISB/data/Oliver/catL_secretome/MEF/ST146_157_CCM_L_I/asapcgidisplay_test/interact.prot.shtml

The website displaying the "Internal Server Error" has the following
link/adress:
http://localhost/tpp-bin/ASAPCGIDisplay.cgi?ratioType=0&xmlFile=c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Oliver/catL_secretome/MEF/ST146_157_CCM_L_I/asapcgidisplay_test/interact.prot.xml&group_no=4&protein=sp%7CP06151%7CLDHA_MOUSE

This is with TPP 441. Please let me know if you need any more information - it
would be nice to have this fixed!

Thanks a lot!

Oliver
