Hi, We have a large RAW file from a Velos HCD run, >2.2 Gig. MSConvert throws an error when trying to convert to mzXML with peakPicking true [1,2] "Error writing run 1 in <file>: [SHA1Calculator] Error hashing file <file>"
The file opens in XCalibur...so it doesn't appear to be corrupt. We've successfully processed RAW files up to 2 Gig using MSConvert on a Win 2003 32-bit Server. Have we hit some limit?
