Hi folks, I have a question about the detailed data that PeptideProphet uses to plot ROC Curve: Sensitivity VS Error. I opened up the pep.xml file, and found out there are numbers that PeptideProphet uses, for example: in the pep.xml file there are 22 data points, from minimal probability 0 to 1. But what I wanted was more data points, especially more data points from minimal probability 0.95 to 1. Does anyone know how to do it?
