Hi- I want to convert .RAW to mzXML via Petunia. Does anyone know if I need the entire Xcalibur software or just the library files to get this to work? We have been unable to install XCalibur on 64 bit system...If I can do this without installing all of Xcalibur, can someone tell me what directory to place the .dll files in? Also, which dlls (or other files) are needed?
