Bowen,

Trapper (along with the other conversion programs) have be deprecated and
are no longer included in the standard TPP release.  We encourage everyone
to use Proteowizard's msconvert, which is included in TPP.  If you still
need to use the older conversion programs they should be available from
sourceforge or the spc-tools web site.
