Hi,
I'm using the shell function in R (win version 2.14) to cycle through ReAdw
(4.3.1) and convert Thermo .raw files to .mzXML format. All works well except
when a corrupt .raw file is encountered and I get a win popup saying ReAdw had
stopped responding and has to close. If I click ok the popup closes and the
script continues. Is there a way to disable the error popup, either in ReAdw
options or an R shell option? I've tried wrapping the R shell function in try()
to no avail.

Thanks,
Tony
