Hi, I have converted waters IM-MS date from .RAW to .mzXML using massWolf 4.3.1. We I tried to open the .mzXML data with Matlab for further processing, Matlab opens the data but it some inconsistencies, for example the the number scans is higher than what I see in MassLynx and also the time point are different. Any body can help me with this?
