Hi all, I'm a new user trying to customize enzyme/cleavage sites with a nonstandard enzyme (Asp-N).
I've looked online and it seems that you can customize the enzymes by altering the default web GUI http://161.116.29.106/tpp-bin/README.txt However, we will be using other enzymes, besides Asp-N. Hence, it would not be ideal to modify the tpp_gui_config.pl file. Is there a way to include the enzyme/cleavage sites within the parameters files, so we can load different parameter files for different enzymes & modifications? Essentially, we are looking for a way to include different enzymes easily (without changing the source code of the web GUI every time) in the TPP searches. Thank you.
