Hi, We're getting the following error when running tandem2xml from the command line using TPP v4.1 (Petunia):

Reading this file will be painfully slow. terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range' what(): vector::_M_range_check This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. ============ Any clues? In case it helps, here are some more details: 1) We searched about 40+ mzXML files (genereated originall from ABI wiff files using msconvert) via X!Tandem and then converted them using the above tandem2xml program.
