HI, I am using msconvert with "wine-1.3.28" on my 64-bit Ubuntu 11.04 box and server with Ubuntu 10.10 and there are no problems at all with raw files from Thermo and Waters.
I just followed instructions from Wiki. To transfer msconvert to a server where X server is not installed and I am not able to go through the installation wizards, I just copiead a "~/.wine" folder from my desktop machine to a server. http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=Msconvert_Wine Best regards, Andris Jankevics (1) Groningen Bioinformatics Center, University of Groningen, The Netherlands (2) Systems Biology lab, Joseph Black Building Room B3.9, University Avenue, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, G12 8QQ, Scotland, UK On Wed, Mar 7, 2012 at 21:39, Joseph Slagel < [email protected]> wrote: > Years ago I used it, and remember that it worked well.
