hi,all,
I have installed TPP_Setup_v4_5_RAPTURE_rev_1 on my computer. I
want to use PeptideProphet and ProteinProphet to analysis Mascot result
(.dat file).
First, I use Mascot2XML to convert the .dat file to .pep.xml file
with the following command "
_c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\Mascot2XML c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/F001463_AT40_23.dat
-Dc:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/TAIR10_pep_20101214.fasta -Etrypsin_ ".
Then, I use Xinteract to process ProteinProphet and ProteinProphet
analysis together with the following command
"_C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\xinteract -Ninteract.pep.xml -p0.05 -l7 -O
F001463_AT40_23.pep.xml_ ".
But I get the error as follow:
running: "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/ProphetModels.pl -i interact.pep.xml"
