Hello everybody, i am currently using SpectraST for building spectra librarys, which works fine. When i am seraching my library with a set of known spectra everything is okay. But if i turn the sM<tol> parameter above 450 for testing purpose the number of results in the pep.xml get lower, if i use values above 500 it is in fact empty. Can anybody tell me why this happens?
