Today I tried to convert the data from ABISciex TripleToF 5600 (.wiff format) to mzML with the help of msconvert. I got two different errors:

I wrote to [email protected] a week ago, but they haven't answered, yet. So the question is still stands: Has anyone met such an error and how to fix it? Thank you very much for any kind of help!
