Today I tried to convert the data from ABISciex TripleToF 5600 (.wiff
format) to mzML with the help of msconvert. I got two different errors:

format: mzML (Precision_64 [ 1000514:Precision_64 1000515:Precision_32 ],
ByteOrder_LittleEndian, Compression_None) indexed="true"
outputPath: c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/TripleToF
extension: .mzML
contactFilename:

filters:
  peakPicking true [1,2]

and:

format: mzML (Precision_64 [ 1000514:Precision_64 1000515:Precision_32 ],
ByteOrder_LittleEndian, Compression_None) indexed="true"
outputPath: c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/TripleToF

The first one is very simmilar to Microsoft Visual C Package error, but I
have no idea what does it meen.

I wrote to [email protected] a week ago, but they haven't answered,
yet.
So the question is still stands: Has anyone met such an error and how to
fix it?

Thank you very much for any kind of help!

Have a Nice Day,

Georgij.
